Ingredients
A great make-ahead gift for holiday gift giving.
- 12 oz (336 g) white or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) coarsely chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped two-bite® Coconut Macaroons (4 macaroons)
Directions
- Melt chocolate over hot water, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in pecans and macaroons. Mix well. Spread out on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill until firm, about 1 hour. Break into pieces. Store in refrigerator.
Tip:
- Make a batch of each chocolate. The combination makes an attractive gift box.
