Chocolate Coconut Pecan Bark

A great make-ahead gift for holiday gift giving.

  • 12 oz (336 g) white or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped two-bite® Coconut Macaroons (4 macaroons)
  1. Melt chocolate over hot water, stirring until smooth.
  2. Stir in pecans and macaroons. Mix well. Spread out on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill until firm, about 1 hour. Break into pieces. Store in refrigerator.


  • Make a batch of each chocolate. The combination makes an attractive gift box.
