Pumpkin Topped Tarts

A tasty and colourful addition to a holiday tradition.

  • 12 two-bite® Pumpkin Tarts
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) coarse orange sugar
  • 6 mini jujubes or gum drops, halved
  1. Chill tarts about 1 hour or until topping is firm. Carefully remove frosting from tart using a small spatula. Roll the frosting in orange sugar, shaping it into a ball to form a pumpkin. Place on top of tart.
  2. Place jujube piece on the top for a stem.


  • You can also use regular size jujubes cut in 4 for the stems
