Ingredients
Very impressive, delicious and easy to make.
- 6 two-bite ® Vanilla Bean Scones
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) ricotta cheese
- 6 Finely sliced strawberries
Directions
- Wash and finely slice strawberries.
- Cut scones in half crosswise.
- Spread ricotta cheese on one half of scone.
- Place one finely sliced strawberry on top.
- Place top of scone back on and secure with toothpick.
Tip:
- Replace strawberry with pear.
